Return & Refund Policy

Applicability

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Crishome Essentials website and applies only to orders delivered within Kenya.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within three (3) days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
All products sold by Crishome Essentials are new items, and returned products must be in new condition unless the item is defective.

Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges within the three (3) day return window, subject to product availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, the customer may opt for a refund instead.

Courier Returns
Customers may send returned items via G4S, Wells Fargo, or any other reputable courier service.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to seven (7) business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Restocking Fees

Crishome Essentials does not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Currency

All transactions, returns, and refunds are processed in Kenya Shillings (KES).
