1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping services within Kenya only. To ensure fast and reliable service, all orders are processed and dispatched locally from our Nairobi hub.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer a simple, transparent flat-rate shipping fee:

  • Flat Rate: Ksh 350 on all orders.

  • This rate applies regardless of your location within Kenya or the size of your order.

3. Order Handling Time

We work quickly to get your essentials to you:

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EAT), Monday to Saturday, are processed and shipped the same day.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 4:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be shipped the following business day.

4. Transit & Delivery Time

Our goal is to provide one of the fastest delivery experiences in the country.

  • Estimated Delivery: 0–1 business day.

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday.

  • Nairobi & Environs: Often qualifies for same-day delivery if ordered before the cutoff.

  • Upcountry: Typically delivered the next business day.

5. Delivery Methods

We partner with trusted local courier and logistics providers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Delivery will be made to the specific address or parcel office provided at checkout.

Important: Please double-check your phone number and delivery address before confirming your order to prevent delays.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, our team will notify you via SMS, WhatsApp, or a phone call with the delivery details and the expected arrival time.

8. In-Store Pickup
